Speaker Persephone Wosa Khúsoë
Wosa (née Persephone) Khúsoë is the matriarch of House Khúsoë in the City of Umbar. She is also the younger sister of former Radiant Tisiphone Khúsoë.
In addition to her position as her house's matriarch, Lady Wosa currently serves as Speaker of the Council of Umbar--a position with power she aims to greatly expand in scope--and in lieu of a Radiant, she is also the de facto ruler of the entire city.
