Hobétotho Estate

The Hobétotho Estate, also known as Poubasti, is the primary residency of House Hobétotho. It is located a few miles outside Umbar's harbor upon the shores of the Varilean Bay, and is directly connected to the Ephesian Beacon.

House Hobétotho, alongside House Kátodoso and House Víluso, are the three of Umbar's Houses with estates located outside of Central Umbar, and it is one of only two estates located entirely outside of Umbar's city walls.
