Curtis Balandio is the owner and operator of the Red Lotus, a theater located in Outer Umbar. He has been its sole owner since the death of his wife, Olivia Balandio, in 5151 AW.

Curtis is also the father of Melany Balandio; Melany being a librarian of the Umbar's Great Library and also best friend to the adventurer Senix Rose.
