Wanderers

Originally Rangers of Virnos, Wanderers are less of a formal organization and more the remains of one.
During The Virnosian Rebellion there was a schism in the Rangers of Virnos organization, with half supporting the Order of Technomancy and half deciding to sit the civil war out.
The choice was taken away from them when the loyalist Rangers attacked the "pacifistic" Rangers in an attempt to wipe them out. They didn't succeed in anything beyond angering them.
After the rebellion came to an end, the surviving rangers took it upon themselves to hunt down and annihilate the loyal Rangers of Virnos working for Order of Technomancy.
Having lost their armor and advanced technology for the most part, these rangers have become known for appearing in their brown outer coats (many of which have been changed our altered over the years) and suddenly attacking Rangers in seemingly random places. They also occasionally act as bounty hunters and other forms of mercenary for coin.
Little is known about their internal structure now, but they have become known as Wanderers now, due to their propensity to wander the entire continent on the hunt for their former colleagues and for money.

Structure

Little is known of their internal workings. It is known that they were led by a Commander Brennan Prestly and Commander Keating at some point, but whether they're alive anymore is unknown, as is how they currently operate.
