Fox Leader

The Fox Leader is in charge of the Fox clan. They live at Castilion Castle and are supported by a group of advisors.

Although they are nominally in charge of the whole lands, the governors of the other towns act independently for the benefit of their people and to raise their important relative to the other fox towns. It takes a strong Fox Leader and an indentifiable threat to get the whole clan to work together.
