Upper Kel

A village in the Keldy Ridge area of Genlith.
Located in the hills north of the Tyaldi border, it is a pallisaded village supporting both sheep farming in the hills nearby and a tin mine.
The mine extends southward and beyond the Tyaldi borders and is thereby a source of frequent border conflict.
