Purpose
The Jabrogath treaty was created after the complete destruction of the metropolis of Jabrogath.
Before 2623 Jabrogath was a shore to shore trade city of neutral alignment Jabrogath had representatives from almost every single race including those of the Underlands. When Jabrogath was destroyed the Second war almost immediately ceased as ambassadors and residents alike from all countries of the western continents flooded the Church of Üvah as a three week summit occurred.
The Jabrogath treaty outlined what was allowed during acts of war for all future skirmishes and demanded the cessation of all retaliation for fear of complete destruction of the western continents.
