Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Franklin is made up mostly out of jet black metal with red holographic eyes and a mouth projected over his large round head. Out of the back of his head comes a stylized holographic fuse that behaves in accordance with his mood. I.E when he's startled it stands up stretched, it's lit when he's angry, and so on.
Body Features
Franklin has a lanky, tall frame. His machine-like body has replaced much of his original organic tissue. His frame was built to be lightweight and capable of taking a small amount of damage as earlier in his career he was regularly attacked by belligerent supporters of his rivals.
Apparel & Accessories
Franklin usually wears fairly casual clothes in an effort to relate to the people he's supposed to represent. Typically track pants with a hoodie jacket and white shirt and sneakers. He's one of the few chairmen to not wear a full suit for his job, which would be hard to fit inside of with his metal body anyway.

Personal history
Franklin Theodore Atlee was born with a very rare condition known as Cybernetic Dependency. An illness that essentially disables a person's immune system, disrupts control over the body, and causes major uncontrollable spasms. It is one of the only illnesses Jeslorian science has not yet found a cure for, mostly because it attacks such complex parts of the body at the same time, scientists struggle to find the source. For Franklin, this meant that he had to have all his faulty organs replaced on top of having to get his whole nervous system digitalized. Franklin grew up in a very wealthy family, but his intensely expensive treatment, or rather the fact that his treatment involved nearly rebuilding him from the ground up saw to it that his parents went from the 1% to lower working-class before his 10th birthday.
Franklin was enrolled in an education course before his parents lost most of their capital, allowing him to still get a scholarly education, something that served him well while running for the position of High Chancellor of Bloodspike. When he turned 16 he took an internship with the Liberal-Federalist party of Bloodspike and climbed the ranks very quickly because of his very witty and cunning nature. When he became 18 he was already a nominee of the party and by the time he was 20 he had essentially become the face and leading voice of the Liberal-Federal party, and he could now finally begin to make decisions in which direction to push his own political platform. He ran a campaign based around affordable healthcare, higher minimum wage to combat inflation, deprivatization of certain sectors (public transport, education, and welfare assistance), and enforce the human rights convention all across Bloodspike.
When he finally did run for the position of high chancellor, he won in an above-average percentage of the vote, beating the Neo Imperial party with a solid lead in popularity and seats. Little did Franklin know that this would only be the beginning of his political career. On his first day alone he signed 26 executive orders to repeal some of the more regressive earlier policies passed by the neo-imperialist party. He did it so effectively that the quality of life in bloodspike rose drastically. Although he did do this by changing how quality of life is calculated by rescinding direct control over cities like Fiujin and Hayota, cities with very poor quality of life and allowed them to be controlled autonomously. It was enough to raise the quality of life in Bloodspike to the highest standard, beating Bylyn with a very minor margin which had recently been hit by war too.
At the young age of 23, he had officially taken his place as the Chief Executive Chairman of the galactic council. He continued his crusade against privatized healthcare even while in the galactic council, being one of the few to turn down money offered by pharmaceutical corporations.
Education
Franklin studied at the Bloodedge imperial university of science, psychology, and law, switching majors several times from psychologist to lawyer and eventually finding his prime interest in political science classes. He ended up graduating with a PH.D in political science, a master's degree in law, and an associate's degree in economics. While he did start a course in psychology, he ended up dropping out in favor of political science entirely.

Franklin T Atlee has always been embroiled in politics, with his first internship being a fairly unremarkable assistant to a more veteran member of the party. He eventually evolved into the most influential politician of his time as well as the youngest politician to hold the title of chief executive chairman.
Morality & Philosophy
Franklin has always been very vocal about his political positions, which is sort of a generic liberal. He is a little bit more left-wing than his peers, however, pushing for better social policies than most of his party, something that has earned him a lot of popularity with the average person of his country. A lot of his political stances came from his childhood. Growing up with cybernetic dependency, he saw firsthand how difficult and expensive it is to actually get help from a government that claims to care about its citizens. He was raised by an extremely wealthy couple with two fathers, by the time he was about 16 their attempts to save his life had nearly bankrupted them. He knew that he got off lucky because he had rich parents, who also nearly had their marriage destroyed by the financial burden too.
Taboos
His biggest and earliest controversy, which is simultaneously cited as one of the main things that drove his popularity through the roof, is the time he punched someone opposing affordable healthcare, particularly vaccinations, and being quite belligerent about it. This is also where his nickname "The Boxer" came from.

Franklin T Atlee is unsurprisingly inspired by competent historic politicians Franklin D Roosevelt, Theodore Roosevelt, and Clement Atlee. His policies are generally left-wing, although very moderate. He is viewed as one of the better politicians within the world, much like his namesakes. His actual policies, campaign promises, and generally just his general disposition is similar to the likes of Obama, Biden, and Clinton but significantly less corrupt.
