Jaytown Teleportation Circle

With the help of a group of adventurer consisting of Luren, Civetta, Alden and Arima established a permanant teleportaion circle in Jaytown. The circle is free to use by those with the Teleportation spell. For those less skilled in the magic arts, Scotty will teleport a party at the cost of 100 gold per person. However due to Scotty limited magically nature and concern for Jaytown citizenary, he is afraid to teleport a party to far and many think his signature phrase is "If you can't walk there, you probably can't walk back so bugger off."
