N0T0R10US-V1S10NARY, usually shortened to NV, spends the time they are in the source either harassing people to get on their nerves, or goofing off with obliqueOrb.
Although NV is somewhat known for their interesting source avatar designs, they're extremely tech illiterate. How they create them with no hacker skills is anyone's guess. Although many suspect his supposed lack of savvy is a flat out lie.
If caught in a 'good mood', or particularly amused by a user, one can get a good avatar fairly 'cheaply'. If putting up with this asshat is something one can manage, of course. It's a rare person who finds the interaction worth it, but those who do are never disappointed.

NV's Avatar looks like a large bipedal creature with long black hair that cover's it's features and drags the ground. Uncanny tendril like arms of varying amounts erupt from the hair when they're creating something in the source.
