Imperial Müj̊ǁàdèm (ʙɑɫˈtɑɔː mʊɟˈǁàdɘm)
Qualifications
Eldest müj̊ǁàdèm in the direct royal line, or a designated member of the extended family if there are none. In cases where an unmarried hàkh has ascended the throne, they will assume the role of Imperial Müj̊ǁàdèm upon either ceding the throne to their ch̊ëṛǔtsě spouse or abdicating in favor of a ch̊ëṛǔtsě from a different branch of the Royal Family.

- Must have produced their first clutch
- Member of the royal family
Appointment
Appointed by the Phoenix King upon the departure of the position's previous holder for whatever reason.
Duties
Subjugate the will of the leaders of conquered civilizations to the R̂eg̈r̊ü biological imperative.
Responsibilities
The highest military and political leaders of conquered civilizations are ritually converted into gëhàkh before the Phoenix King's court. Unlike other gëhàkh, these individuals will never receive a clutch to carry.
Accoutrements & Equipment
The Imperial Müj̊ǁàdèm wears a large amount of ceremonial jewelry and little else when serving in their official capacity.
Grounds for Removal/Dismissal
Reach the age of infertility or (for those who are not members of the direct royal line) the coming-of-age of a müj̊ǁàdèm directly descended from the current Phoenix King.
Notable Holders
Prince Zuko is the first müj̊ǁàdèm of the royal family in recorded history to have fled the empire rather than serve in this capacity. Indeed, it was being given this responsibility, rather than having his face burned, that convinced Zuko to flee the Empire.
