The Temple of the Six

Set atop the mountain east of Ironhead. A religious sight for The Six used for a wide variety of purposes.
The temple is a walled compound with four buildings inside: a store house, a kitchen and living quarters for semi permanent residence, a library and barracks for visitors, and the Temple proper.
The primary purpose of the temple is study and meditation. Each of the churches usually has a few representatives at the temple. There's also a ritual that takes place regularly where in, several acolytes of different churches as their final lessons before becoming full members of their given church are brought together and must journey up the old path to the temple working together to overcome the environmental challenges and making a prayer before the statue of the Six, which is contained within the temple proper.
The statue of the six is made of solid gold and has been replaced one time. The previous statues was desecrated during a organized massacre by follower of the Gods in direct opposition of the the Six in addition to the theft of multiple religious relics the statue was transmuted into the images of the opposing Gods and the temple itself was desecrated as corpses of those loyal to the six were crucified and left pinned by black stone spikes and roots about the temple. In the aftermath of this massacre the Temple has had its security increased and those left to study there must go through more rigorous examination.
