Council of the Six

The Council is the legistlative body that gvern both the church and the nation.white areas of Benara are ruled at the local level by Lord lord can be removed from power by the council and Lord are expected to enact certain rules on behalf of the council. The council also maintian a record of and manages the Lord Marks. While individual duties with in the nation may be handled by a specific church such education being handled by the The Temple of Ioun, infratructure handled by the The Temple of Invention, and law enforcment and rehabiliation handled jointly between the The Church of Bahamutand the The Church of the Buried Feather, most every decision must at somepoint be approved by the Council which for any decision only requires three of its seats to be in favour of a presented decision.
