Matron Briga
The last of the high priests of Lolth, Briga was born a member of a dwindling cult dedicated to the worship of the spider queen. Taken into the web of Lolth, Briga manifested great powers from her dedication to the goddess. When the cult fell to Ungethal intervention, stamped out as a way of putting the past behind them, Briga led the survivors deep into the depths of the underdark. Here, she grew in power and Lolth came closer and closer to the material plane. Cruel and malipulative, Briga sees the drow as the birthright of Lolth, and will do anything to return them to her hands. And she needs n army, for she commands the greatest fiends of the abyss.
