Ithesia

Ithesia is a world wrought by conflict of gods and fiends. A clash between deities wishing to preserve the world or remake it anew in a better state. Despite this terrible conflict, mortal civilization lives on, despite being beset by monsters, dark mages, undead, fiends, and fey. Mortal war wreaks havoc on the continents even as the gods wait out a temporary ceasefire. These factions fight tooth and nail for the chance to acquire the power necessary to protect themselves and their kingdoms from the collateral damage of a war way out of their weight class. But in this pursuit of power, what lengths are rulers willing to go to in order to achieve their ends? And as the tensions between the gods become more strenuous, warmongering nations and brutal goblinoids bent on conquest might be the least of the worries for those who wish to preserve the world.
