Inflicted Blindness

Blindness is defined as the inability to see with any clarity in the world of Ithan. Inflicted blindness is blindness that one was not born with. It can affect thirteen of the fourteen Races of Ithan. The one excluded race is that of the Trolls, who can regenerate their eyes.
