Cait Lee
Cait Lee are a species of feline-like creatures with a distinct patch of differently colored skin and fur on their chests.
Appearance
General Appearance
Cait Lee are built in a nearly identical way as humans are, thanks to their close relation to the species. Although Cait Lee might seem like a form of Beastfolk, they are not of the same species. Cait Lee have only one form, and that form seems to be a mix of a human and a cat. Beastfolk have 3 forms - one that is nearly identical to a human; one that is nearly identical to a beast; and one that is a mix of human and beast.
Fur and Fluff
Cait Lee have a coating of thin fur over most of their bodies. This fur becomes thicker and fluffier on the Cait Lee's chest, and is always colored differently than the main body of fur.
Feline Features
Cait Lee tend to have feline-type ears and tails. They also tend to have short whiskers that, unlike a cat's, detect mana.
Diet
Cait Lee are hypercarnivores, in contrast to the other species who are descended from the Ilaney. Their diets, aligning with being hypercarnivorous, consist of roughly 86% meat. Cait Lee can survive on as little as 70% meat, but they do need higher amounts of flesh in their diets to truly thrive. Their diets are supplemented with primarily fungi and green plant matter
