Torvan (tor-VAN)

Torvan is the hobgoblin who leads the Murder Snegles, Inc. Pleasure Guild in Nightlesbyy Glade. He is over 8' tall, but walks with a hunched back, making his effective height almost 7' tall. His face is misshapen and scarred, and he has difficulty speaking. He uses a cane to move around, relying on courtiers and bootlickers to carry him longer distances.
