Jhelon (ZHEL-un)

Jhelon was a large town populated mainly by halflings in the middle of the Isle of Melas. A plague outbreak in the year 55 GM killed off 10-15% of the town's population, which caused great strife with its newly ally of Meshen. After numerous back-and-forth violent conflicts, the halflings were forced to leave their homes and emigrate across The Channel, to eventually found a new town for themselves, Colinvale  in an ancient meteor crater in the middle of the Debas Forest.

Humans from Meshen and Kimle resettled the abandoned town of Jhelon, and today it survives as a small farming community.
