FB05: Bunks

You enter a long, thin room lined on either side by small and simple bunks, stacked three high. A total of twelve sleeping spaces are matched with twelve small chests sitting at the foot of the bunks, three to a stack. There are no windows and no exits from this room except the way you entered.
This bunk room contains the secret stairwell leading to the underground level of the monastery. The existence of a secret passage in the floor can be noticed by a DC 15 Investigation skill check (active or passive), but it does not open easily. A lever to open the secret door and reveal the stairs below is hidden in one of the chests at the base of the bunks.   Searching through the chests at the base of the bunks will reveal little more than rotting simple robes (either white or turquoise in color) and, at the bottom of one of them, a lever that can be pulled to open the secret passage in the floor. No roll is required to discover this lever, as it is immediately apparent to anyone who opens the correct chest. Which chest is the correct chest? If the players are not intent on opening all of the chests, roll 1d12 for each chest that is opened. On a 7, the lever is found (note: if the characters do end up opening all of the chests and the lever has not yet been found as they open the 12th chest, then it is automatically found without needing a die roll).   The lever is easily pulled and the floor will slide out of the way, revealing stone stairs leading into the darkness below.
