Nero
The god of mystics and sages, dreams and planes. His followers are the most likely to interpret everything as a sign or omen of some kind, and believe that nothing happens without a deep cosmic reasoning behind it.
Many of his worshipers believe the world exists as a dream Nero is having, and so, it will one day come to an abrupt end.
The use of hallucinogenics is a prominent part of the religious rites, and Neroan priests generally advocate for its daily use in small doses, usually just before sleep.
