Carlisle Holferig

For many years Carlisle was the budding, prized son of Lorraina Holferig. The young man had his life laid out for him, given all the opportunities that his mother could afford. While he may not have been the heir to the family seat, Lorraina saw otherwise. Carlisle was ambitious and level-headed, yet kind and strong willed. On one occasion, Carlisle set out on an expedition into the Felsig Mountains, not returning for what is rumored to be around 3 months. On his return to the castle, he was not returned on his own will as it seems his state of mind had become ruined. The source of this is widely speculated; some believe Carlisle found a creature of unspeakable nature, warping his mind in an instant, others believe it to be result of a rare disease caught in the highest peaks of the mountains. Nonetheless, Carlisle was never the same after this point and became a simple husk of his old self. His speech became slurred and incomprehensible, his movements sluggish and clumsy. This sudden change in an important member of House Holferig caused an abrupt tear in the family, leaving them at odds ever since.

Physical Description

General Physical Condition

A taut and fragile looking, pale man. He walks at a snail's pace with his jaw hanging slack. As one peers into his eyes, it's hard to really get a read on this husk of a man, he'd seem almost absent and his eyes would be missing of any sign of life.
