GGC President of the Committee

The President of the Committee is theroetically the head of government for the largest (by mass) state in the SS. In reality, they have little power, only casting the last vote and calling to session meetings of the Committee.

Requirements

Member of the GGC Committee

Appointment

By the plurality of the GGC Committee vote, typically a Jovian representative.

Duties

Cast the last vote in all GGC matters. Close and open the GGC meetings.

Benefits

Same as any GGCC member, 10 ML of He³ per terran annum.

Grounds for Removal/Dismissal

If they fail to open the meeting of the Committee within 2 Terran years of the last one they will be taken off the committee and replaced by another rep from their area.
