Cybercommunists On this world communism actually works, thanks to greater or lesser amounts of psychic precognition. Central planning nodes direct all production and employment on the world. Citizens in good standing have access to ample amounts of material goods for all needs and many wants. Instead of strife over wealth, conflicts erupt over political controls, cultural precepts, or control over the planning nodes. Many cybercommunist worlds show a considerable bias toward the private interests of those who run the planning nodes.
Pelasgon and its moon are protected by a small fleet of spike capable ships, and is considered the capital world of the emerging Communist Brotherhood of Stellar States.

New Kazan

New Kazan is a bustling city that houses the metal factories on Pelasgon and the workers that staff the refineries, metal stamping plants, mines, and all the ancilary industries that support those main exports. It is situated on the shores of Pelasgon's western ocean and is known for having a vast harbor home to both commercial and private craft. Several factory ships patrol the coast at all times, sifting what they can from the water due to the high concentrations of dissolved minerals in the area. Both the harbor and inner city are home to vast customs houses and mercantile districts where metals and manufactured goods are exchanged for resources from across the planet, and across the Iron Stars.
The principal branch of the Communist Brotherhood's precognitive conclave is also located in the city due to the presence of the markets. The building is a steel plated pyramid, and is the focal point of the city skyline. It is heavily defended, and from here the precognitive psychics in service to the polity peer into the future, devoting their talents to determing where resource shortfalls might occur, and the best ways to avoid them.
