Chairman Yuri Oktobreskyea is one of the last of what was once an army of brave soldiers who had fought in that revolution. Older now even with long lost now rejuvenation treatments, he is still a mix of rapidly aging man and slowly obsolecing machine.
He is the current chairman of the CBSS, and is working hard to push the boundaries of his small collective. Resources are still scarce, and he values Mehani and its untapped colony potential as the hopeful solution to his great Communist experiment.
