Overview

Born in the remote reaches of Minas Caldaran, Angus Flinthorn was destined for greatness. As a young dwarf growing up in the mountains, he always felt an inexplicable longing for the sea. At the age of 45, he left his home to sail the seas, searching for the elusive call he felt deep within. His journey took a pivotal turn when his ship docked on an island in the Ruby Islands. There, Angus purchased whalemeat from a local trader and, upon cooking it, discovered its exquisite taste and low cost.

Determined to capitalize on this discovery, he worked tirelessly for years, eventually having enough gold to buy his own ship and hiring a crew. Embracing his newfound calling, he began hunting whales, establishing his own trading company, Baleen Oil, which specialized in selling whale oil and meat. During his travels, Angus met the enigmatic Lord Nukao Lee, who recognized his entrepreneurial spirit and invited him to operate out of Deepcrest. Now, with his office firmly established in the city, he continues to grow his business, driven by the same passion and determination that first drew him to the sea.
