Nukao Lee

Overview

Nukao Lee, the enigmatic and carefree lord of Deepcrest, remains a figure shrouded in mystery. Though his early life is largely unknown, records we have found indicate he was born in Gali, a town on the island of Nokama. Though his origins became irrelevant the day he departed the Ruby Islands for Deepcrest.

Upon his arrival, he was struck by the city's rampant chaos, where criminals roamed free and disorder threatened to consume the port. Believing himself to be the city's last hope, Nukao took decisive action to restore order. His reforms transformed Deepcrest, establishing him as its lord. Despite his relaxed demeanor, entrusting much of the city's administration to his council, Nukao has recently grown suspicious that not all is well within his domain.
