Ihther - God of Wisdom and Knowledge (Eh-there)

God of Knowledge

Around the time of mortality's creation, it is said that Ihther flew from the Astral plane to Ipeiros. Ihther, having grown curious about Cesaldin's creations, watched over the people of Ipeiros and is said to have guided them in the advancement of their new society. As one of the most sociable gods, Ihther was prominent in pre-Xutos history as a teacher of mortality. It is said that Ihther taught the people of Ipeiros how to channel the ready supply of magic from the gods, creating the first wizards, bards, clerics, and sorcerers. Ihther is also famed for creating the first of the constructs and teaching the people how to replicate this art. Ihther's curiosity led him to explore beyond the Astral plane and, in doing so, discovered the outer planes. He saw the instability between these planes and created Sulir to watch over the evil planes, and, for a time, he watched over the good-aligned planes.

Creator of the Emotion Gods

As he governed the good-aligned planes, Ihther was the first of the gods to see the coming of Xutos. Despite his own power, he was not strong enough to stop the emergence of Xutos to the prime material plane. Once Xutos shed his emotions onto Ipeiros, it was Ihther who collected these purified emotions and placed them into godly molds. Upon this transformation, the emotion gods were made. It was then that Cesaldin banished the gods into the outer planes, where Ihther stays to this day. Although Ihther is not restricted to any one plane, he chooses to watch primarily over the prime neutral planes, Mechanus and Limbo, as well as the Astral plane.

The Raven God

With his banishment, Ihther's presence on the inner planes is still strong. Striking a deal with Fenrir, Ihther was able to channel his consciousness into the raven species. Should he choose to, Ihther can see through the eyes of any raven. As such, ravens are seen as sacred creatures among all the pantheons. Ihther's relation to the other gods is mostly positive. Even those of the dark pantheon know of both Ihther's past contributions and his power, and as such, only Kyren could be considered a potential rival to Ihther's domain.
