Guild du Loup

Known for their skill in weapon and armor crafting, Guild du Loup takes the idea of "more is better" and runs with it. Rather than making the finest honed edges in the land, they prefer to leave that to others. Instead if you fondly remember your first longsword which you acquired for only 10 gold pieces from Mr. Williamson's Fine Goods and Other Such Things down in the market, you can thank the Loup craftsmen. The driving force behind this ideal is that justice is not only deserved by all, but also a right of the common man to be able to uphold. This manifests in the secondary function of the guild: that of roving marshals of the law. Most cities outsource law enforcement to Loup guild members (accepting of the capitals where the guild staffs their own enforcers, though they may be bolstered by Loup Lawbringers). You can find these Lawbringers patrolling the roads, keeping travels safe from the dangers of the wilds as they go about their business.
However, not all is perfect amongst the guild. More than a few tales have been told of a Lawbringer who has their own idea of justice, or who abuses their position of power for their own profit. The guild highly frowns on such practices, but that does not mean it does not happy. If one does run into such a Lawbringer, often a bit of coin can turn their actions toward what you need doing.
