The Warrens
The Warrens are a slum that surrounds the trade city of Stralshafen in the country of Strikkonia. It is where a large portion of Stralshafen's population lives in abject poverty, unable to find traction in the oppresive system of economic castes that pervades Strikkonian city life. The more privileged Stralshafners avoid it or pass through it quickly, usually with escort by the Strikkonian Constabulary, as the area is next to lawless, and crimes against the wealthier folk who pass through are not uncommon.
