The Devourer launches a huge attack on all life in The Dump, particularly on Feast. Tihana Daylight erects the Great Barrier.

The Devourer launches a huge attack on all life in The Dump, particularly on Feast. While the Vested Council of Feast begins deliberating within a protected fort on what to do. Tihana Daylight, a member of the council fed up with it's the slow pace, takes matters into her own hands. She gathers every mage left into the center of town. She begins an experimental ritual. She begins casting a heavily modified Tiny Hut spell. Over the next two days with the combined magic of all the mages, as well as a few well worded wish spells from a ring in the treasury, she creates a giant barrier around the central portion of the city. The strain kills a number of the mages. Over then next four days Tihana and what's left of the mages grant everyone they can passage into the city, but the process is slower than expected. Many die in the rescue efforts, mage and civilian alike. In the end, The Devourer consumed thousands, but the barrier held and it was forced to give up it's pursuit.
