Sulinara Thilese

The last haven of the high elves that choose to flee from Ishti Thalore. There was a small elven town here for a long time, but after the Arcanic Apocalypse many high elves had finally had enough of what their old city had become and chose instead to flee from Isilvalen. The town quickly grew into a city and as finally begun to prosper again now that the new inhabantents are settled in.
