Large elven city. The center of magical knowledge for many of the elves and one of the most powerful centers of magical knowledge in the world. It is however a dark and twisted knowledge that knows no bounds. Due to the people of the city creating the Arcanic Wastes they have caused irreparable magical damage to the landscape/ecosystem. They are now completely reliant on magic for survival.
The city is housed inside a massive purple bubble of magical energy now just to be habitable. However, the city feels far from the magical place that it is. It has a thick grime to it like the inside of an airship’s engine room. Factories have become common place here to give more worth to the non-magic users still living in the city. Industrialization has become common place here, enhanced by magic leaving a thick heavy smog that hangs over the city. The clouds of smog are a deep purplish black and make it feel as though it’s always night.
In the busy shopping district of the city there are many rows of stalls featuring many strange shop-keeps pedaling wears up and down the street. The street itself is lined with larger more ornate shops that seem to specialize in all manner of the arcane.
Airships can’t fly directly to the city due to the both the acid rain and they can’t pass through the magic force field into the safe zone.
