Apparel & Accessories

Simple clothes, usually long-sleeved green shirts with high collars and grey pants with knee-high boots, the front of which just cover the knee. Gloves, also grey, are almost always worn, coming up to his mid forearms. A pin is wrapped around the base of his antler, marking him as the Arch Druid.   His armor is simple, affective and sleek. Pale grey with vine etching around the edges of the pieces.   A couple knives, useful for cutting though the underbrush and enemies.

Specialized Equipment

A druids staff. Made of Steelwood and set with an emerald, the staff is his most prized possession. Made with the help of Arch Durid Adanessa and Queen Beithir, it is with him at all times. It has the rings of the tree it came from and is the same pale grey as his armor. It is covered in runes to help him with his magic.   The Angol Amulet. Worm by the Arch Druid at all times. A round pendent with a perfect emerald set at the center.

Personal history

My early life was pretty uneventful. My parents cared for and loved me, life was good. When I was six, my magic manifested, which is quite early. I started training in the sanctum that is located in the city my family lived in. The masters saw my talent and skill, keeping a close eye on me. This apparent talent took to the wind in the Druidic circles, reaching the ear of Adanessa Pent, Arch Druid to King Úruvion. She made a special trip out to the sanctum to observe me when I was eight. It didn't really occur to me that day that this was unusual, as she rarely left the side of the king, being one of his foremost advisers.   I do remember her speaking with me briefly. I remember thinking she was quite tall, though now I know she actually isn't. It was just her antlers making her seem taller than she actually is. She was kind, asking me questions about my schooling and things I like. After she left, I didn't think anything of it.   A week later, Arch Druid Adanessa returned to the school, two others with her, one a man with snow-white hair and dark red horns and the other a tiny girl, younger than me, with hair the color of a sunset. She walked over with them and knelt down to my level. She explained that the man was King Úruvion and the little girl was Princess Beithir. After hearing about me, they decided to have Arch Druid Adanessa come and see if I would be a good match for Princess Beithir, as she had recently manifested her magic and needed to start her instruction in magic. Her parents had decided that she needed to be paired off with someone as she was very little.   I was confused. She was little, younger than I had been when I got my magic and I even said so. Arch Druid Adanessa smiled and said she had her powers very young. Would I be willing to stay with her so that she wasn't alone? I agreed, but I was still confused.   The princess was very shy, hiding behind everything when we first met. Her parents and twin brother stayed with us for about two weeks before having to return to Carachdanna. During those two weeks, my parents hosted them at our home, so that she could be used to the new environment and house.   We weren't particularly wealthy by any means. My mother cared for injured pets and my father was a member of the city watch, but not of high rank. To have the Royal family with us was a great honor. I started trying to get the little princess to just talk with me. Her brother wasn't an issue, constantly trying to play with me. After about a week she finally joined us. That made things better.   She started attending classes with me the day after her parents and brother went back to Carachdanna, and she attached herself to my side. As time went on, we became good friends, and she became like a little sister to me. My antlers and her horns started growing out at the same time, earlier than her brothers did. School finished for us quite early as well, fifteen for me and eleven for her, and I moved to Carachdanna with her to train under Arch Druid Adanessa to one day take her place when either Princess Beithir or Prince Veryan took the throne.   My training became even more intense and, despite the pain that occasionally came as a result, I enjoyed it. One of my old childhood friends, Bercalion, joined us in Carachdanna to intern with the Functionaries when I was twenty-five. By this point we had expanded from a pair to a group of six, gaining a seventh member just three years later when Prince Veryan got into a fight with a hot-headed Myril boy named Gelie. I'm still not entirely sure why Gelie even chose to join the team, seeing as he butted heads with everyone for the better part of five years.
