A Discussion on those who serve Tsothtad
Tsothtad, Mistress of the Void. What is know of her is sparce, though we do have a signifigant idea of what her followers are like.
From the ground up. Her weakest followers, they basically just do what they're told, causing rampent destruction and leaving behind desolation behind them. They have little magic from her and don't valure life unless it benefits them in some way. As they manage to get more power, from taking souls from others or gifting her souls and getting power from her in return, they start getting actually dangerous. Once roughly haft their magic is from her, they start actually becoming demons.
We are unaware of the number of types of demons that serve her though the two most common ones are as follows:
Oykujni- meaning "Void Ribbon", these demons still retain a symbolience of a shape that most sentient beings would recongize has having been something like them at one point. They have two arms and two legs, a head, mouth, eyes and hair, assuming the person had hair to begin with. Eyes tend to have gone black with fuzzy edges with blurry irises that tend to be a distroted range of red. The skin tends to be horribly pale, almost white. Then there's the torso. There is no skin or muscle, just the bones of the spine, ribs and collar bone. Spilling about are ribbons the color of the demon's blood, as the colors are different depending on whether or not they started off life as a human, elf, dwarf, exc. These ribbons were once their blood and balled knot of them is there where their heart once sat. These ribbons are often held in the hand of the Oykujni and are used to entangle victims.
Their presence brings feelings of extreme depression, apthy, and an attitude that the world is worthless and should hurry up and stop existing. This affect can lead those around the Oykujni to give up on life, allowing the Oykujni to approach and wrap their ribbons around them. After this, they draw them into their chest cavity, consuming them for their warmth, warmth they didn't reveice from others in their mortal lives.
Erbmoediv- meaning "Empty Shadow", they have a rough, bipedal form but that's where descriptors become difficult. Their shadowy outline makes precise identification of vulerable areas hard to find and even when you do hit them, it's hard to harm them as they are little more than a living shadow at this point. Their eyes almost glow like a monsterous black hole and are about the only thing that is easy to identify.
Their presences brings up the feelings for the world to enter into nonthingness, a crushing desire to rid the existance that is walking the planet and a will to watch the world drop into utter oblivion.
