Calor Midsummer Fun!

Being a very fun-loving and free kind of people, The Calor House generally have a lot of celebrations during the summer months around their grove. All throughout the summer months, Calor fae will generally be friendlier, more mischievous and far more pleasant to be around.   The major event is the Midsummer Celebration, which is presented as a week long festival leading up to the night of Midsummer. The festival itself increases in attendance and exuberance as the week goes on, culminating in a night of raucous partying surrounding a large bonfire within The Calor House Grove. It functions as a festival due to its size, but really the attitude everyone carries is like several large parties taking place in the same area. Many groups of fae will play games, drink, dance, and generally just enjoy themselves for the day and night of Midsummer.   Most fae attending the celebration are Calor, although many do invite other fae, humans, or even demons to attend the celebrations as overall, Midsummer is considered a peaceful event. Over time, many different humans have stumbled across the festivities quite by accident and it is considered one of the few times you may accept food and drink from fae without danger. However, the Midsummer Celebration can still be dangerous for humans, as it is easy to get swept up in fae magic when it comes to dancing and drinking, as the fae can do that for many, many hours before feeling any kind of exhaustion.   The Midsummer Celebration is considered one of the Minor fae circles' biggest and longest running traditions, as midsummer has always been celebrated in some way.
