Kinetas is the seat of government for the southern end of Vyon. It is the second largest city in the country after Riverrun and sits at the intersection of The Spine of the World and The Moonrise.

Temple of Takara
The temple itself is dimly lit from everywhere and nowhere with potted plants and garlands of leaves and flowers and fruits and vegetables draped over the surfaces and dangling between columns and under windows. It's largely open, with huge sections of what would be wall that are just columns instead, allowing the fresh air and weather to flow through. The columns are shaped like tree trunks.
