The Wall Slums
At the edges of the Citadel's borders there is a large imposing wall that encompasses the entire city. Just inside that wall at almost the entirety of it's circumference is a thin slum piled high against it's stone façade. It's an incredibly poor and dangerous district that most people are desperate to escape from, but demonic life is difficult and not everyone can be lucky enough to have enough power to leave.
