The Feywild and Shadowfell are parallel worlds to the Prime Material Plane, existing as reflections of reality but with their own distinct characteristics. The Feywild is a realm of vibrant, magical energy, a mirror of nature infused with beauty, whimsy, and primal magic. It is home to the fey, including elves, sprites, and archfey, and is a place where time and space can behave unpredictably. In contrast, the Shadowfell is a dark, desolate echo of the Prime Material Plane, where the atmosphere is heavy with sorrow and decay. It is inhabited by creatures of shadow and despair, such as shadow demons and wraiths, and is a place of gloom and melancholy, where the boundaries between life and death are often blurred.
