Construction of Frostshield Keep

Frostshield Keep is fully constructed, giving StormHaven and massive edge over the goliath barbarians.

The barbarians from the snowy peaks have been a constant problem for StormHaven post Starfall, after they sucessfully sacked the last keep 10 years ago. The King authorized construction of a much more imposing and fortified building, one able to hold the barbarians at bay.
