The Kingdom of StormHaven was significantly weakened during Starfall and the 7 duchies collapsed into indepndent kingdoms

Following the events of StarFall, as StormHaven tried to rebuild, the human noble houses rebelled against the crown, as they felt the Elven cities were being prioritized in the reconstruction over their own people.   When the dust settled the 7 duchies were in such disaray that the Kingdom of StormHaven collapsed.
