Occidon
The Occidon is the largest known body of water of this world and separates
Igniya from the Old World.
Most of the ocean is already explored,mapped out and dominated by the
Empire's massive fleet of warships. Only few doubt the naval supremacy of the Empire, but even their largest vessels do not venture into certain regions of the Occidon, due to their crew's fears of what lurks in the depths in those places. Time and time again ships were found either completely destroyed, or devoid of life and even more often not at all, after they ventured through these areas, which have become known as the "Cursed Calms", due to the unnatural stillness of their waters.
