Silver City
Demographics
The Silver City is home to a majority of the Dragonborn clans and several of the Sun Elf families. All other races are represented but few have familial ties to the city.
Government
The Silver City is the only city a part of the Conclave of Races that is wholly controlled by the Conclave. The city is run through Martial Law but imposes few to no taxes on its inhabitants as a majority of the inhabitants are there to fight in the Endless War. Merchants are taxed to maintain their location and support the war efforts.
Defences
There are two main walls of the city. The outer wall is the thickest of the two walls. Runes line the interior of the wall that contains regeneration magic, keeping the walls in constant repair. In addition, golems exist within the outer walls that activate on their own in the presence of enemies. The inner walls also have the self-repair runes however they do not contain golems. The walls, runes, and golems were not created by the residents but were created by the Illuna.
Infrastructure
The outer and inner walls of the city are made of ancient stone. The outer district of the city is made primarily out of stone to reduce the amount of damage done in cases when the main gate is breached. The inner district of the city is made out of more varied materials since the inner district is less likely to suffer damage.
