Personal history

"She is Mabel, she is the great brightness, the light of the Fae realm. She is the May Queen, the mistress of Avalon. She brings life."
When the Sacred Tree of Gaia bloomed for the first time, the first of the blossoms bloomed into life. As the petals unfold, a being of great beauty and light rose from the centre of the flower. The being filled the heart of Gaia with great joy. She clad her in white and placed a crown of the golden sun upon her head.   "My child," spoke the Earth Mother, "You are my life embodies, thus it is befitting that you be the giver of my pollen. You shall give forth my blessing of life."   However, when an old civilisation of the Grey Moths attempted to contact the unknown, they broke the protection of Jörmungandr and allowed a wisp of Nidhoggr, the nightmare of Tiamat, the opposite of reality, to slip into existence. The Morning Star in his rage destroyed what was left of that civilisation. Though he defended the Great Earth Mother with his utmost and defeated Nidhoggr, a root of Gaia was damaged.    On that day, all of Gaia's creation felt her pain and anguish and all of them joined in an echoed cry. Mabel the foremost of the Faes cannot bear her mother's pain. She anchored herself upon that root, sealing the crevice of the nightmare as well as easing Gaia's pain with her light.   The great Fae goddess created a Fae dream, Avalon, isolating her reality from the rest, and contained the doorway to the nightmare within. The White Women, Adáwen, beings created out of Gaia's flower petals all followed their queen into the Fae dream willingly. Some of them choose to share Mabel's burden, some of them act as Mabel's agents, conducting her will on the land of the Faes.
