Haddler
A tall, slender man that wanders the wastes wearing colorful clothes and a top hat. A donkey pulling a multi-colored carriage accompanies him. A fixture in the wastes he travels from Wall to Waystay selling goods to the locals. The man spends most of his time talking to himself or his donkey. He often carries on entire conversations that way. The inhabitants of the wastes think the man is crazy and therefore leave him alone. At first glance, Haddler's jovial presence appears refreshing in the hardships of the Wastes. Make no mistake the man is as violent as any that one might encounter in the harsh realities in the ruins of the world. Beneath that charm resides a man that would sell his mother to gain an advantage. He uses his grace to extract information from those he encounters then he trades that information to the highest bidder.
