Hannaleigh DeCappa is the bastard daughter of Oil Magnet Alpin Garfield and his one time housekeeper, Roxaleigh DeCappa. Her mother died in childbirth and her father shunted her off to a nanny to be raised on an outside estate of an old summer home. Alpin completely ignores his daughter (and won't acknowledge her in public) but does provide the resources for her to be raised at all of the best schools and have access to all of the best training. After overhearing her father's business meeting about the growing threat of HSA - Homeland State Authority she decides that this is the career path she wants. She purposely throws her Black-Line test in order to get recruited and sails through her agency training with the goal of becoming an agent good enough to take down her father's organization.

Hannaleigh works as a Level Clearance Ultra Agent for HSA - Homeland State Authority. She has been assigned to Strike Team L, and is one of the Director's most trusted asset. She has a particular talent for seducing targets into giving her information, and for manipulating them into doing what she wishes.
