Keepers

The Keepers are specialties in acquiring things. If you need it, they can procure it. As this is Freeport, that thing doesn't actually have to be for sale.
They will negotiate a fee for each item taken, with a discount if you have them on retainer. If the item will be dangerous to get, the fee will be considerably higher. It is rare that buying the item will be cheaper, however, so you will surely get a deal. With some exceptions, anything you want is on the table, but depending on the item, it can take awhile.
