An inn in Roxa thats run by Nadarr . In the inn works Lillith Redbush as barmaid.
The bar downstairs is usually full of fishing folk and Usain Nail , who's drinking his sorrows away. Upstairs are 2 rooms that can be rented by adventurers.  
Lillith welcomes newcomers and is quite the flirt. Nadarr on the other hand, does not like new people and is more focused on his regulars.
