A series of failed military campaigns by the Palladian Empire against the Confederacy of Maddrell.
After witnessing the Palladian conquest of Tamoria, the mormaers of Maddrell formed a pact to defend one another against the Palladian threat. This Confederacy of Maddrell came under attack in 898 PE when the Palladian general Relias Vasscosis led a legion from the Radiant Dawn and attacked the towns of Yore and Wrachtalla. After a series of costly battles and thousands of lives spent, the Palladian governor of Cavalinium, Oppidum Tullas, and the mormaers of the Confederacy negotiated a peace in 931 PE, with the Palladians agreeing not to settle south of the Highmounts and the River Ramsey.
