The Order of the Sefirot
The ruling body that watches over the infrastructure of reality via observing civilizations developing to reach beyond the stars and eliminating problematic elements that can throw the universe out of balance. As positive as this may seem this group is still viewed as a extremely dangerous as they never explain their actions whenever they appear, meaning they can show up one day destroy a city, claim that doing so was for the safety of the world, refuse to elaborate, and leave like nothing happened. With this in mind this group is a higher power that can do whatever they desire and justify it as being for the greator good. Thankfully they haven't actively been seen in the last two thousand years, so it's safe to assume that we are behaving in the manner in which they want us to. Or at least for now...
Structure
Not much is known about the organization other than the many ideas and speculations made around them by various theological researchers over the years. What is generally agreed upon though is that the leadership consister of individuals that are reffered to as the Archangels.

Their relations with the Daemon race is fragile at best and thus this sympathy is shared with their ruling class of the Abyss.
